Ecomex® range of clear cast cellulose acetate films

The Ecomex® range of clear cast cellulose acetate films (Cellulose Acetate) are ideally suited for carton windows. The surface of these films offer excellent adhesion to typical window patching adhesives giving 100% fibre tear (self-test recommended). Cellulose Acetate is a general purpose plastic which is an industry standard in packaging, printing, graphic arts, overlays, and many other applications. The Ecomex® range of clear cast cellulose acetate films are made from wood-pulp, and therefore are 100% biodegradeable and home compostable. In addition the food contact approval allows Cellulose Acetate to be used in cartons containing foods such as, cakes. The Ecomex® range of clear cast cellulose acetate films are available in gauges between 35 micron to 100 micron.
